Are you a strategic thinker who sees the story behind the numbers? We are looking for a Revenue Manager SK to join our NRM (Net Revenue Management) department. This is a high-visibility role where you won’t just be "tracking" revenue—you will be the architect of our profitable growth.
You will balance volume growth with margin improvement, ensuring our pricing, promotions, and product mix are optimized for a highly competitive FMCG landscape. If you can turn complex data into a winning commercial narrative, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Pack Strategy: Lead price elasticity analysis and define pack-price architecture (PPA) for new and existing portfolios.
Trade Spend Optimization: Evaluate promotional ROI and partner with Sales to ensure every Euro invested drives maximum value.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on commercial goals.
RGM Levers: Identify revenue leakage and execute corrective actions across all five RGM pillars (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Promotion, and Trade Terms).
Performance Monitoring: Own the KPIs for Net Revenue Growth, Gross Margin %, and Trade ROI.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We are seeking a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between financial rigor and commercial execution.
7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in FMCG, ideally within Finance, Revenue Management, or Sales.
The "Storyteller" DNA: You don't just present spreadsheets; you provide insights. You have the ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strategic Architect: Experience in defining and implementing long-term Net Revenue strategies (Pricing, PPA, and Trade Spend).
Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. You should be comfortable navigating ERP and TPM systems.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; German language skills are highly preferred and will be a significant advantage in our international environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Negotiation & Influence: Strong ability to support Sales teams in key account negotiations with data-backed "win-win" scenarios.
Agility & Ownership: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full accountability for their KPIs.
