from 3500€. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level, skills and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide annual company bonus and other financial benefits.

About position

Join Mattoni 1873, the FMCG leading company as an SAP SD Configuration expert mainly within Sales and Distribution (SD) module and help roll out our group-wide ERP solution across our countries where Mattoni Group operates (Central Europe and Balkan).

You will drive end-to-end delivery in your functional domain, meaning requirements analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live. After implementation, you will own ongoing support and continuous improvement of our SAP landscape as business needs evolve.

What you’ll do 💻

  • Help configuration teams and business with smooth transition to S4/HANA environment in SD

  • Provide day-to-day L2–L3 support in SAP ECC (temporary) and SAP S/4HANA for SD.

  • Resolve incidents with internal/external partners, including root-cause analysis and SLA delivery.

  • Act as a functional/technical SD consultant for business stakeholders; facilitate workshops and decision-making.

  • Translate business requirements into standardized, supportable SD solutions (configuration/customizing and controlled enhancements).

  • Organize and execute system testing, deliver key-user training, and maintain solution documentation.

  • Contribute to project delivery, following PMO standards.

Necessary competencies✔️

  • 8+ years of S/4HANA SD configuration/customizing (incl. Transportation Management and last-mile distribution topics).

  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA greenfield project (incl. data migration involvement) as a developer.

  • Advanced SD integration experience with MM, FI, and PP.

  • Integration know-how with external SD systems (SFA, EDI, mobile delivery, route optimization, etc.).

  • Practical knowledge of SD-related SAP Fiori apps (customizing and functional specification for improvements).

  • Good understanding of S/4HANA APIs and CDS views; field mapping/specification skills for BTP developers.

  • Understanding of SAP security concepts (roles, authorizations, compliance).

  • Senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Full fluency in English, Hungarian and Slovak (or Czech).

Nice to have/know ➕

  • SAP Signavio and SAP Joule within SD environment.

  • SAP Enable Now experience.

  • SAP Integration Suite experience.

  • Familiarity with SAP Clean-Core principles.

  • Experience working in a multinational environment.

  • FMCG business understanding.
